Do you need a separate index for professional responsibility?
The PR questions are apparently scattered through the whole paper rather than sitting in one section. Does that mean it needs its own index or do you just fold it into the main one?

Separate, and tabbed differently so you can get to it without thinking. It is the one topic you will look up at unpredictable moments rather than in a run, so anything that costs you a second of orientation costs you it repeatedly.
Had not thought about the unpredictable part. That makes sense.
Separate for me too, and it is also the section that repays actually knowing rather than looking up. There are only so many conflicts scenarios and after enough questions you stop needing the book for most of them.
Same for both my exams. It is the only bit that overlaps properly between barrister and solicitor so you get double the value out of doing it once well.
that is a really good point for anyone doing both
