What do you actually do on a day off during bar prep?
taking one on sunday for the first time in weeks and i have realised i have no idea what i used to do. everything feels like it should be studying.

Something with your hands and no screen. That is the thing that actually resets it for me, and it is why my username is what it is.

see other people. i went four days only speaking to my roomates about bins and it was not good for me lol, just go out and touch grass which is what i also did. the exam is bruital so dont let it crush you
whatever you do do not "just do an hour in the morning". it is never an hour
I was absolutely going to just do an hour in the morning. honeslty its like a civ game where im like "one more page"
