What happens if you are sick on Ontario bar exam day?
not ill, just a worrier. i have no idea what the process is and i would rather know now than find out at 6am in november.

There is a formal process for it, do not just not turn up. That part matters a lot

Short version. There is a defined process for missing a sitting for a genuine reason and it involves telling the Law Society, with documentation, within a set window. It is not a case of emailing on the day and hoping.
Two things worth doing now rather than in November. Read the current policy on the Law Society site once so you know it exists and roughly what it requires, and note that the rules around deferral and what it costs you have changed before, so do not rely on what somebody says on a forum, including me.
Then put it out of your head, because the odds are you will be fine and this is not a useful thing to carry for three months.

Someone in my june sitting got covid the week before and it was apparently very manageable admin wise, which surprised me
