Materials just arrived and I have no idea where to start. Is August too late?
opened the box. looked at it. closed the box. went for a walk.
i knew it was a lot. i did not know it was that much of a lot. what the hell am i supposed to do with all of that in three months
is everyone else this behind or am i the only one who has done nothing since results came out

Everyone does the box thing. Everyone. There is a reason this exact post appears every single cycle within a week of materials going out.
You are not behind. It is early August and the sitting is in November. What you are feeling is the gap between not having started and imagining having finished, and that gap closes fast once you actually open it.

Practical thing that got me past it. Do not read anything on day one. Just count.
Work out how many pages there actually are, divide by the weeks you have, and write the number down. Mine came out at something like 55 pages a day and that was a completely different feeling to "an unknowable amount". The volume was identical. The panic was not.
Did this. 48 a day. Still a lot but it is a number and I can do a number
The box thing is real. Mine sat on the dining table for four days like a threat
three months is honestly loads. people pass this having started in september. you are fine.
