materials arrived today and i have genuinely never felt dumber
opened the box. looked at it. closed the box. went for a walk.
i knew it was a lot. i did not know it was that much of a lot. genuinely what the hell am i supposed to do with all of that in three months
is everyone else this behind or am i the only one who has done nothing since results came out

Practical thing that got me past it. Do not read anything on day one. Just count.
Work out how many pages there actually are, divide by the weeks you have, and write the number down. Mine came out at something like 55 pages a day and that was a completely different feeling to "an unknowable amount". The volume was identical. The panic was not.
