Doing both sittings three weeks apart. Is that insane.
Registered for Barrister and Solicitor with about three weeks between them. Everyone I mention it to makes a face.
Has anyone actually done it. Is the professional responsibility overlap enough to make the second one easier, or does the first one just flatten you.

Did both in the same window. It is completely doable and the face people make is mostly about how it sounds rather than how it goes.
Two real things though. The professional responsibility overlap is genuine and it is worth doing that section once properly for both rather than twice badly. And the three weeks in between is not study time, it is recovery time. I got maybe eight useful days out of mine and was a shell for the rest.
