Simplified procedure numbers, how out of date is my chart
Chart I am using says 35k to 200k. Someone told me the bottom number moved. Also is it optional or not, I have seen it written both ways.

Your chart is out of date. Small Claims went from 35k to 50k on 1 October 2025, so the band is 50,001 to 200,000 now. Anything written before last October says 35.

Learn the costs consequence for claiming over the ceiling and recovering under it. 76.13. Favourite of question writers because it punishes a decision made on day one.
